New "Materika" workshops with Claudia Prati

Also this year, we are proud to host the amazing Claudia Prati, who is going to teach her technique "Materika" with 2 new workshops!
​
Claudia is an internationally recognised artist and author to the only work in Italian on royal icing. Finalist for royal icing at Cake Masters Awards in 2017, after training with some of the greatest names in this field, Claudia has developed her own style and her own technique, "Materika".
​
"Materika" merges the incredible versatility and texture of royal icing with the fun and stress-free approach of painting, to give you results which will blow your mind!
Claudia will teach at La Cucina Delle Zie 2 wonderful projects:
ORCHIDS - Saturday, 14 March 2020, 9.30 am

4 hours - Euro 130
8 hours - Euro 230
beginners to intermediate
​
AUTUMN - Sunday, 15 March 2020, 9.30 am
​
9 hours - Euro 230 - intermediate to advanced
​
(ideal for students having taken the SUNFLOWERS project or one of the projects of 2018)

All you need to know!

The participation fee includes all materials and ingredients, the use of a work station fully equipped with professional tools and of an apron, the handouts and templates provided by Claudia for the class;

The participation fee also includes tea, coffee, refreshments and a generous selection of cakes and sweet treats;

Classes will start at 9.30 am sharp. Please, be punctual;

At the end of each class, participants will receive a certificate of attendance signed by the tutor;

All participants will enjoy a 10% discount on all supplies purchased in shop on the class day;
