Discover the flavours of the Sicilian pastry traditionm in a workshop which will stun your senses with the scent of almonds, citrus and cinnamon.
During this class you will learn how to make an authentic "cassata", filled with sheep ricotta and richly decorated with marzipan, royal icing and candied fruit. You will also learn how to make "paste di mandorla", the staple almond cookies that you find in any bakery of the island. A third recipe - chosen according to the season - will compliment the workshop and let you taste the Sicilian creativity.
The workshop shall be held in English with a translation into French.
For this workshop, I accept a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants.
The deposit necessary to confirm the participation shall in no case be refunded if the participant decides not to take part in the workshop.
Cancellation of participation is allowed not later than 30 days prior to the event. In such a case, only the part exceeding the deposit shall be refunded.
If the minimum amount of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In this case we will immediately refund the entire fee.

- DEPOSIT - A non-refundable deposit of 75 Euro. Outstanding amount to be paid in the shop on the worskhop day, by cash or QR code (no cards).
