Biscotti Italiani
Saturday 26 March 2025, 2pm (4 hours)
This workshop shall introduce you to the world of Italian "biscotti" and reveal you all the secrets to master two delicious preparations:
- “Cantuccini” o “tozzetti”, famous worldwide simply as “biscotti”, a crunchy mixture of almonds, nuts and pistachios to dip in the Tuscany’s famous Vin Santo
- “Ciambelline al vino”, a specialty of the Roman Castles, a surprisingly tasty biscuit with no butter nor eggs- "Canestrelli", a light and crisp biscuit covered with icing sugar
The participants shall go through the recipes and make their own biscuits, to bring home at the end of the class.
The workshop shall be held in English, with translation into French.
Minimum 4 and maximum 6 participants are accepted.
The deposit of 50 Euro, necessary to confirm the participation, shall in no case be refunded if the participant decides not to take part in the workshop.
Cancellation of participation is allowed not later than 30 days prior to the event. In such a case, only the part exceeding the deposit shall be refunded.
If the minimum amount of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. In this case we will immediately refund the entire fee.
